1. I find the ML character disappointing considering the fact that he’s supposed to be the next emperor. He can’t fight, he can’t come up with ideas to save his life and barely anyone respects him while the FL always outshines him (which tbh, I kinda like this but also don’t in this scenario, it would’ve fit better if the ML was a scholar or merchant not a general and a future emperor).
   That being said, I really can’t feel the chemistry between the ML and the FL!! Maybe it’s only me ?? idk .. !! I liked her encounter with that Chang general from previous episodes better than the ML :\

5. Kinda circular story that becomes less interesting as it goes. Either Yuzhi ups his game or Cheng loses his craving for power, because as I see it, the FL will end up alone.
