Synopsis: The drama “The Beast” follows the aftermath of a poison gas terror attack that occurs at a terminal station in Tokyo. The attack, named after the “number of the beast,” results in the death or injury of 666 people. The perpetrator behind the attack is revealed to be 25-year-old actress, Kotone Kido, who dies at the scene. Kotone’s childhood friend, 33-year-old Hajime Kanzaki, is determined to uncover the reasons behind her actions and who may have influenced her. However, while investigating, Hajime is suddenly killed. In a twist of fate, he is transported back in time and reunites with Kotone. The drama, based on the manga series “From the Fust” by Sano Takashi, consists of 10 episodes with a duration of 40 minutes each. “The Beast” airs every Saturday.
