2. So my take and I may be wrong. Is king may die or at some point. The prime minister may fix a plot to make Shang Yizhi and try to marry his daughter off to him. Mai may still yet end up with the general.

4. lol what a mess. Dumbest scheme ever on the part of Prince Kang. I wonder if it’s actually all part of the Princess’ plan.
   I knew that Yang guy was a snake right from the beginning. And now we know why.
   But the CP actually died for his fake son. Didn’t expect that.

7. Also , there has to be more to the story. If the ml’s dad really killed her family, why wouldn’t that Chen guy have said that? It would have meant that Mai would leave the ml’s side which would affect their army and the Beimo army would have easily won.

8. I still can’t get over the fact that in the novel the fl and the male lead are not the ones in love, the fl is in love with the general from the enemy country. I wonder why they decided to change the love interests.
