Description:
Shuichiro Kiriyama returns to Japan after working for the FBI [in America] for 12 years. Once again, he starts working with the Statute of Limitation Management Department. Since the statute of limitation for serious crimes like murder were abolished in April, 2010, the Limitation Management Department has become an easy, worthless job.
