2. this entire exam arc could have been just one ep tbh. it was wrong of the grandma to bait the ml with the confession, but he’s also unreasonably soft so.
   alright this extreme sisterly affection is starting to get to me, that plot is idling too long, time to wrap it up! haha 1st luo madam u loser 😝😜🤪

3. 2 made it and the goose boy overacting his failure was too funny..who wants to be your brother lol ML better tell her soon! else this relationship looks odd while she wanting to have a SIL and he wants her to be his wife! knew that marquis will not trust n dig the grave..gal had indeed buried some one and made it true..no romance but we entering into politics

4. They are dragging the romance part, we are halfway done and it’s still not in the open that they are not related. I’m getting comfortable with the idea of them being blood related. Her uncle cannot be her dad cuz that would make them cousins and a romantic relationship might be weird (even though it’s common). I think uncle and mom loved each other but were forced to marry other people.

   They better not give us a “romance” during the last 2 episodes implying that the viewers can just imagine what it could be.

   FL father might as well be marquis Lu dad, he kidnapped her mom and got her pregnant. Let the men of the Lu clan be all despicable.

7. First madam is always crying over spilt milk. Like let it rest! Going as far as using your dead son to lord over your only living one. Be happy you have a son that is alive unless you want to send him to an early grave with the damage you are doing to his self-esteem and mental health. And so what if you a literary family, books aren’t the only thing. Let your son become a soldier for goodness sake. Who knows he may become a general!

8. Not to be that person but personally I really can’t get into the romance between the ML and the FL, as long as she still treats him like a brother, for me he is her brother! Also, she’s still on the same family register as him so .. we’re already 20 episodes in, they need to reveal the truth so we can, as viewers, feel comfortable with the relationship between them.
   And honestly, if it was up to me, I would’ve let this drama be romance free with the leads being actual siblings following their stories growing up and making a name for themselves.. but oh well, I’m not the one writing the script LOL
   Also, the romance between the “uncle” and the 6th daughter isn’t romancing for me. They give besties vibes not couple vibes.

9. The Marquis didn’t believe Ning and went that far to dig her grave. Hopefully he will get his closure and stop bothering Ning. Maybe Ning will tell him she is the person he is looking for, but at the very end, when he gets punished for his crimes.
   I am afraid Mme Lin will become the target of the 1st son’s wife out of jealousy for having such a smart adoptive son. I hope she won’t succeed in her plans. However, her son is more interested in military tactics and I hope he will find the job where he can use his skills.
