Final thoughts.
This is a very engaging series. I tried to avoid it but then because of so many positive comments, decided to watch it. Started with episode 1 and then binged the remaining 3 in one go.
Coming to the story, it was surely very interesting. For once, we have people with superpowers who don’t actually get benefitted from it.
The story has two parts in it, one focusing on romance and the other on how much “atypical” that family is. I enjoyed the blend between the two but sometimes it became hell confusing, particularly when there is time travel.
I liked the actors and the characters. Chun Won-hee is quickly becoming one of my fav actress. She is a star.
Also, this girl, Park So Yi, has a bright future ahead.
His face after seeing little Moon Gang Tae consoling Ina on stage tho HAHAHA 😭😂
Also. And so…. Umm. DID THEY WIN THE COMPETITION OR WHAT. I’M CURIOUS 😭
And I’m sooo glad Ina and Hyerim (she will always be little Go Mun Young in my eyes 🥹) work things out. As people said, “there’s always more than it meets the eye.” Same goes on what’s going on between these two. I love how Ina’s story with her friends are rather simple and normal, just like what other teenagers could go through.
And really, the one who played Hyerim could really be an idol. She dance wellll.
The way I was so on edge this episode because I didn’t want our man’s to die but you know I’ll take this ending like thank you nuri 🥹🫶🏼 such a fantastic series it exceeded my expectations though I wishhh towards the end we could get more happy family moments
Guysss whe I say I cried so hard that my pillow is wet. I wish I could see more. This drama better get more hype t was so good my fave ep will probably be episode 11 I thought it would end like that but I still loved the ending it was soo good.

Don’t really know how to feel about this drama… I was frustrated with the ML for most of the drama, the logic in the drama is kind of a miss in most parts. The only character I really cared for in this entire drama was Ina, the rest I couldn’t give 2 shits about. And what was that at the end, now he can interact with anyone in the past??? Does that mean he could now technically save his colleague and FL by going back further in time and have no connection with FL creating a new timeline, and living a happy life with his wife and daughter creating a new time line??? Because the entire thing that fucked him up, his wife and their daughter’s life was his obsession with saving his colleague.
That ending just made things more weird, they could have just kept things as they were where he can only interact with FL in the past. It was an ok drama for me nothing amazing that I would rewatch anytime in the future.
I really love this drama. One of the best of 2024 and 2024 ain’t even over yet. Every episode was done well. Every character as complex as they are was written so well. The writers really outdid themselves as well as the actors, and the directing.
Chun woo-hee and Jan ki-yong have incredible chemistry like you could really feel the love they portrayed. This is without a doubt JKY’s best drama! The kid actors have such promising futures especially Park so-yi (bok ina).
It was a HAPPY ENDING!! Their son has such a cool power! He really saved his dad.
I’m guessing BGJ actually died in the past but his son was actually able to go back and get him before that could happen.
Timelines and time travel are such a sticky topic but I think they really did it well. Such 10/10 drama!
Also side note – the uncle and Dong-hee loool love it. I love how two families have merged into one big happy family.
What do I do with my Saturdays now? Only have TMRIH now.

the drama had potential for gud 11 episodes and when u thought that the last episode would be the same gud as the previous ones, and the writer was like, “Hold my cup!!” 😑😑😑
it was a bad ending, Gwi ju could’ve easily survived and come back alive and live with his family, and what they’ve shown in the last scene, I didn’t even understand if he’s alive or not, if he’s gonna stay forever or would go back after having dinner, and would his son’s life be to go back in the past and bring his dad all his life????
Happy ending? I’m confused.
It feels like something is missing.. also pairing Dong Hee and the “uncle” last minute just doesn’t make any sense

dun know what’s wrong with the writers every time such a scene is written….there’s fire everywhere, people are dying, but let’s write a 5 min speech for the main character cz if he won’t, then I’ll have to save him, but he has to die, and logic doesn’t exist for me….🫤🫤🙄🙄🙄
same goes for her, he’s putting his life on the line to save them, I understand she doesn’t want him to die, but girl, u have a kid in your lap who’s unconscious, she has inhaled carbon monoxide, same goes for u, at least save whom u can…..
12 episode Kdramas, you will always be perfect in the most cruelest ways 😭 Time flows so quick yet every moment is precious and this shows concept of it was so refreshing. Had me on the edge of me seat from start to finish. And the satisfying contrast between the depression at the beginning and warmth we ended with was executed so well.
There’s two types of open endings with one being unclear letting the theories spawn and the other which leaves it completely to the viewer to think what they please. Think that this was a nice in-between which leaned very much towards a happy ending being confirmed with the hints the grandmother left. Even better that it happened through a superpower that was born from the love they have for eachother.
Beautiful, yet satisfying! I wish there was more episodes, but I’m happy with the outcome!

P.S. To the one who one who once replied to my previous comment saying they feel like there is gonna be pairing between the ML’s sister and FL’s uncle, a around of applause for the great intuition. Kdrama cliche is never gonna leave. 😂
Ok I guess…I just feel this drama didn’t reach its full potential. I’m glad the son was able to bring the ML back, the last scene was touching and cute. But didn’t really like this last episode, too much of the crazy doctor, who’s story line should have really ended in ep 11. Also, what was up with the random “pairing” with Dong Hee and the uncle. Truth be told she had more chemistry with Grace but honestly she deserved better than both of them in the romantic department and I was hoping to see her model again since that was her dream or maybe had became successful doing something with food. K-dramas will have a great future with the young actors who played I-na and Jun-Woo, they really stole the show for me and were the main reason that I kept watching.
Ok, thank you for a good ending. The boys is so cute. Loved the last scene.
This is probably the 1st series where I wanted to know the outcome before watching the final episode. I wanted to be spoiled!
Very well done. Especially liked evolution of the ML’s emotions and his clothing to match.
This series is an excellent example of how one person can have an effect on another person (good or bad). The mom and her dreams, the dad and him being the glue, the depression almost being contagious in the family and how a ray of sunshine can penitrate darkness. I remember in My Liberation Notes when the mom died and the entire family unit disappeared.
“Even though you can’t change the future, you can decided how to respond to it.”
This is an excellent summary and I would add the same about the past, you can’t change it but how you respond to the past can change at any point in time in your life.

I THINK ITS A HAPPY ENDING SINCE THEIRSON BRINGS HIM BACK FROM THE PAST
Honestly was so anticipated with the ending but what was that??????? They couldve done it better. From the past eps, BGJ has been perfectly fine even when accidents happen bc he was time travelling while it occured. He couldve been alive when he just go back to the present after giving the ring to dahae. I honestly thot he would just come back to present where the fire in ina’s school is now put out and just have a normal ending. A lot of moments in this last ep was so unnecessary. Overall, rating this 7/10 bc i enjoyed watching but there are just scenes and MC attitudes that were so annoying.
