Some people are so annoying. Dropping the show because “Sakae has more chemistry with his ex”? No sht Sherlock? That was literally the point of the show?? I admit the kissing and sex scenes and the little devilish smiles are oozing with chemistry, and I really really like the actors together. But sometimes y’all need to look past through the actors and understand the actual characters instead?

Soga himself said “you two look good together”. He knows. He even said Mizuki is handsome with a wonderful smile. So Soga knows that Sakae and Mizuki is the ideal pair.

But again, that’s the point of the story? Even if Soga is a boring dense unattractive old man, Sakae still likes him. Even if they have very different hobbies, Sakae still likes him. Even if Soga can’t give the same steamy kissing scenes like Sakae’s ex, Sakae still likes Soga. Even if they don’t look like the ideal pair with chemistry, they still like each other.

Yes, Mizuki has more chemistry with Sakae. And so what? He’s also the guy who asked to break up for no reason, then later came back as if it’s nothing. He’s annoying and unserious in life like bruh the audacity??? You are not Kai from Perfect Propose omg.
