9. Continuing to feel bad for Jinghe… such reminder of his past … he is such a good actor.
   Well the crown prince is acting very well too… I dislike him very much. Now Luomei has seen things, even fox with crown prince.. hope she let go the idea of marrying Jinghe. He never liked her or considered her as romantic partner it seems. Also Mei Lin… melt a little more and understand he ain’t pretending….
   He fell for his pawn – crown prince in some earlier episode. I wonder what will happen when Mei Lin will find out the shadow master is Jinghe and that she have limited time to live …

11. Oh my, the cp has officially flew over the cuckoo’s nest, he’s needs to be institutionalized asap(I mean before tomorrows ep lol). He was seeing blood when his spy was telling him about the general, when dude F@*ked around and said she likes Jing, without a 2nd thought dead. Even when he smiles he has this sour look on his face that screams I’m evil(I’m pretty sure the dad suspects he’s up to no good).
    The general is not a simple lady at all.

12. I can’t make up my mind on whether I like the emperor or not, but I can say that I really like how he treats consort Yan. I like that he actually genuinely appreciates her natural naivety and child-like character.

    Wow. That scene with the Third Prince and Mei Li 🔥 Come on… Get to the part where they trust each other and come clean about their feelings for eachother. I have a feeling (or hope. A HUGE hope) that it will be *ahem* lovely… 🥰

    Ugh. That Crown Prince is such a heaping pile of turd. Good job to the actor though. He plays “I want you to want to punch me in the face” really well for this character!! Bravo! Well done, sir. 👏 👍

I watch the scenes of the emperor and the princess with one eye closed, pleasant, but still uncomfortable. i thought the ml’s incontinence humanizes him nicely, but ah man in front of his crush??! fortunately mei Lin is a very cool & brave person so it wasn’t nbd. also i’m sure he’s seen her in even more embarrassing straits over those ten years. her weeping over his possible death when she’s gonna be one of the people demanding his life in the future 😓

15. It must have hurt his pride for her to see him as a cripple again, which made him remember all his humiliation before…
    We are finally back on track, I now feel they are both balanced and work together, the I will work with you from before felt too fast and tasteless for me, the display of affection and blind trust felt somehow off and way too early too, I like that now she knows he has done some bad deeds and has her suspicions but chose to protect him. She now works with him not for him. Power balanced
