3. Madam Qing appeared to have given the clues to the Ghostly Fire Case. That is who Pan Yue refers to as the someone who mislead them into that case. But she is now reluctant to expose herself further. The Spy is a separate entity.

4. These crooks are viscous! Kill all who stands in the way of their get rich and powerful schemes. In ancient by times, salt was more valuable than gold. Selling salt was done by the government, with certified brokers. Death for selling salt illegally was not unheard by off!
   Now that the love birds are hand in hand, things are moving nicely. We need more love scenes though, last episode was blazing with red hot kisses. 😉😘

5. Wow this story loves to flip our expectations. I thought he’s one of the evils in this story-it turns out he’s a dog, discarded when not needed. And that he sacrificed everything for his son. He died twice for him. Say anything but he’s a good dad unlike PY’s dad, unless the story’s gonna flip that on us too
   Who is this who-must-not-be-mentioned? Seems too powerful, must be from the royal family.

6. Poor A’Jiang… imagine experiencing all of that in the matter of days. My heart breaks when he said that because he’s busy being angry and disappointed to his dad, he forgot to say that he’s happy that his father is alive. TT_TT

   Pan Yue and Jiang seek solace from the bottle to dull their pain. They are so much alike in this regard.

8. Who has such power and fear to keeps lips sealed even unto death? The two remaining Greats seem not to be the main villain. Shanguan’s Brother or less likely Pan’s Father may be used as the person behind. Wonder if it will turn out to be the Princess?
