  1. can’t be the only who got second hand embarassment in those sex scenes.. like what in the hell were they even doing? hahahaaa… as for the rest, it’s ok

  2. Why have they both been through so much cause it’s actually so sad. Both of them grew up with bad childhoods

  3. This is so dark and broody…..and feels so addictive

The strong yearning vibes that both Chihiro and Keito give off…the deep need to belong, to be loved, and yet, to be so damn afraid of it at the same time, is heartbreaking…

    I know I’m hooked to their story….

  4. Is that hooded guy the guy that was beating on haoren when he was younger !? šŸ¤”

  5. BRO WHY DID THAT NEXT EPISODE PREVIEW FEEL LIKE WEā€™RE GOING BACK 5 STEPS šŸ˜šŸ˜

  6. WAIT he told him his real name, that means heā€™s started to open up to him !! šŸ„°

  7. M glad Haoren is opening up to chihiro, although he doesnt want to open his heart but i guess he wont be able to help it. The guy visiting Haoren’s place looks suspicious. i think haoren is running from him. That guy doesnt seem good at all.

  8. Damn theyā€™re both broken and traumatized, can they have a happy ending !? Itā€™s looking bleak but maybe they can be each others light in the dark tunnel.

  9. This story has some actual balls!ā€¦. Although the background of the lead characters is quite tragic & somewhat desperate, the meeting of these characters although gritty & somewhat violent somehow leads them to finding some sort of solace in just two episodes so farā€¦ there is obviously some attraction, even though their circumstances could have led them to be enemies with perpetuating violence, that- it has not!ā€¦. An interesting start to a series!ā€¦

  10. I had a feeling Keito/Haoren went through it too in his past, but I didn’t know it would be that tragic šŸ˜©šŸ˜© Kids prostitution club?? Horrible reality šŸ˜šŸ˜ Breaks my heart that such a thing exist, both in fiction & in real life. I hope Chihiro & Haoren find solace in each other. Also, that better not be Chihiro’s married ex back in the next episode preview!! Ptu!! Disgusting POS better not come back and spoil what our MLs are building šŸ„ŗā™„ļø

  11. SPOILERā€¦ This series is even darker and more melancholiac than I originally thought. Chihiro is a pitiful and broken character, with a pure heart and lost dreams just under the surface with a lot of potential for bigger and better things in life, at least thatā€™s how he comes across to me… He really went to his exes wedding and just said congratulations after what he did? *Sigh* But what I noticed was the instant change in Keito upon hearing that, the tilted head and smile as he looked at him. Like he wanted to be there for Chihiro, or could relate to the unfairness of it all, which kind of makes sense after that opening scene that showed Kieto had a dark past too and his childhood wasnā€™t a bed of roses either. His backstory with his mom was so tragicšŸ˜ā€¦. The sex scene at least they were trying to use condoms. I wonder if Kieto will ever feel comfortable to show his body while having sex with another man when itā€™s in the context of truly loving the person heā€™s with and not coerced to do it in the context of a sex industry to make money?šŸ˜”

Kieto’s abusive childhood. Not wanting anyone to get touchy and close to him to protect himself from the pain and disappointment he expects to follow from that is sad but realistic. I liked the scenes with the toy necklace. It made Chihiro feel special to receive it and it made Kieto feel special that someone wanted to wear it. Their smiles in a way reassuring to each otheršŸ˜Œ

That last scene having Kieto sharing his real name, Haoren. How traumatic to know youā€™re the product of a sex worker and her client. Being himself exposed to dirty, sleezy, gr*ss predators wanting to have sex specifically with a minor. Disg*sting!!! It made my skin crawlšŸ˜ The fact that he has any ounce of humanity and love for his mother or anyone else for that matter is outstanding and remarkable. He likely feels sorry for her but that sure is some unconditional love towards her. Kieto doesnā€™t want anyone ā€œgetting into his heartā€ but I think he lost that battle bc Chihiro is already there or he wouldnā€™t have opened up to telling his truth at the end of the ep.šŸ˜Œ The fact that they could joke about being hit by a vibrator is pretty funny and a great way to relieve the tension after such a heavy story Kieto just told about his upbringingšŸ˜„ Our MLs are getting more and more comfortable after just 2 wks of being together. Theyā€™re drawn to each other bc of their similar hardships. Whatā€™s clear is that they need each other to cope with their life struggles, heal and see beyond their past and current life circumstances. Iā€™m enjoying the depth to these characters and storyline so faršŸ‘ But again, this isn’t a series for everyone!

  12. Both Chihiro and Haoren are broken people with traumatic childhoods whoā€™ve come together to find comfort in each other (though itā€™s a long way ahead till they reach that point). Chihiro was instantly drawn to Haoren, fascinated with the spark in his eyes that makes him want to believe heā€™ll be the sweet piece of chocolate in his bitter life. Haoren, though doesnā€™t show it, seems to be fond of him as well, otherwise he wouldnā€™t have shared intimate details about his real self so easily with him.

This show sure is dark, but I quite like it so far. I’m intrigued by the name “happy of the end”. Is there actually going to be happiness at the end of this or just an implied good ending that the characters will be satisfied/happy with? (you know, their own kind of happy ending).
