started last night and finished at 11am! whoot! I think my brain is fried. I wish to see them longer together~
The series consist of 10 episodes split in two parts with the first 7 released as part 1 and the remaining 3 episodes released as part 2 that’s what I read but I don’t know if its true
Happy that finally lady maeda died
Spent half of my day binge watching this on n*tflic and I wasn’t disappointed.
I really liked the ending, I like the fact that they are reuniting on a clean slate without memories of their past lives. I’m actually satisfied with the ending, I wouldn’t mind if there’s no 3rd season.
quite fitting for lady maeda to die at the hands of the only person who ever loved her.
the after credit scene is insane, imagine buying a bottle of water without knowing there’s a parasite in it
ohhhhh season 3 ehhhhhh!!!! GOING Global lol
In my opinion, the 1st season was way darker and brutal with an authentic sense of horror. The 2nd season felt rather like a scientific fantasy adventure and the only common links between them are the leading actors, some flashbacks with old characters and a couple descendants of them. Otherwise, like others wrote here, this season ended with unanswered questions like what happened to the infected young boy who disappeared and Maeda’s adopted son. I am indeed interested if there will be a 3rd season, but I guess no one knows a thing about it……
Is it just me or has every star and/or support gone with some kind of red lately? Just thought I’d get that out there lol~ Lady Maeda never felt like a villainess in either part. The cold, apathetic nature on display doesn’t suit this actress very well but that’s just me. The company’s ‘protector’ felt more problematic as an enemy then she did. SoHee’s Chae repeat episodes of going from bad azz to broken down felt odd and out of place in both parts. After all these years, why was Chae completely unaware of absolutely anything and why/how was Jang in the dark about her? The whole bit with the police and Akiko’s legacy just felt like random bits thrown in to extend the drama which was a lackluster 7 episodes averaging 43 minutes a piece. The ending that was implicated with the water was pretty cool. Oh!!!! At least we saw a doom truck to right? 😃Following on the heels of it’s predecessor, this was another average piece. My attention now turns towards waiting for Hellbound3, AOUAD2, and Squid Game 2~
I took the news of a sequel with a grain of salt. Quite frankly, the 1st wasn’t good enough to warrant a second run imo. It was a mediocre drama. Whether it’s trying to capitalize off an original piece or direct sequels. The Uncanny Counter getting it’s second part, Strong Girl BongSoon transitioning into Strong Girl NamSoon, Train to Busan into ugh Peninsula (still 🤬 about all of these pieces of 💩), I can’t put enough emphasis on the word I’d use to on these but it’s FAIL. Absolute FAIL~
This piece here…….not sure what to say. Cast wise there wasn’t anything lacking in the 1st and the same can be said for the 2nd. We know what to expect from these vets and for me they did what was expected~
Story wise…………😮💨. It felt the same. No real oomph until maybe the second to last episode where chaos started to run rampant.
The ending feels kind of rushed to be honest.. and I didn’t love the ending, like.. why she losses her Najin and memories.. it wasn’t necessary, also now the ML is the one to suffer alone in their memories like seriously..🤨🤨
I love this series since s1 but I’m kind of disappointed with this one..
too many stories combined and they didn’t feel like explaining them all.. the kid, how ML lived his life during those 79 yrs also how that japanese lady injected herself with the Najin and how she managed it, all NOTHING 😪😒
ngl first time i have seen a sequel hinted credit that might actually make s3 epic.
Looks like we have to wait for another season :’)
After 100 years, she is going to college. So, she is living normal life with memory loss.
By hint of S3, I think it will be last big fight.
this season was much better then first one , one of the first kdrama to improve and they also left a scope for further seasons
interessant…
