Wu Kang Soo (Choi Tae Joon) had an unhappy childhood. His father’s abuse lead to his mother running away from home. Due to the debts of his father, he begins to work under the credit shark Hwan Tae Bok (Pak Ho-san). His only dream is to find his mother and live a happy life. However, no matter how hard he tries, he cannot escape the nightmare of reality, and when he was about to end his life, he sees a flyer that says: “Do you want to be happy?” With the smallest inkling of hope, he goes to a research center, where he finds out that this happiness costs $ 300,000. Kang Soo decides to steal money from Tae Bok.
